The Conquerors are known as a "vibrant psych pop sextet", from Kansas city signed to High Dive Records. Their music is a very unique blend of indie, rock with some definite psych/retro undertones. Following a string of successful singles, the bands new album, Wyld Time is radiant with retro psych pop and rock 'n' roll fuzz. The Conquerors have become renowned though out the Midwest for their live performances, earning them supporting slots with Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, Thee Oh Sees, Black Lips, The Night Beats and more, bouncing between howling garage fury and sweet jittery pop bliss. Led by Rory Cameron, The Conquerors are blurring the lines between retro and modern as they mold songwriting from the past with present's production and sonic layering. It's all razor sharp and deceptively dangerous.
