Artist Bio

Wax Idols began in 2011 as the solo vehicle for Bay Area musician Heather Fedewa, aka Hether Fortune. The band's sound was rooted in punk, but with dark gothic undertones, material recorded mostly by Fortune alone, with help from various friends and bandmates over the years. New and third album 'American Tragic' is slated for release in October of 2015 via Geoff Rickly's (Thursday) Collect Records.
